Milesh J

Milesh J was born in Bombay, India. He grew up in a family with strong roots in the textiles industry and was surrounded by very talented and creative women — his mother and sisters. At a very early age Milesh J was fascinated by rich fabrics, colors, designs, and architecture that still remain in his country home in Rajasthan. Growing up in a family where formal dress was part of their daily lifestyle, he opted to create his own unique styles. At the age of 16, Milesh J assisted his sister is establishing a major fashion house.

He immigrated to Chicago in 1997 to pursue a Masters in Business Administration. His persistence and dedication led him to win a Graduate Scholarship among 500 applicants. After his education, he worked in the strategy and financial consulting field, managing billion dollar projects. Additionaly, he successfully co-founded a niche eCommunity portal and also founded a lifestyle consulting group to guide people towards absolute happiness. For various local charities, he has successfully raised funds and value added services in the amount of $1.1 million.

Understanding the frustration of today's modern male who want more than corporate dress outside the business settings, Milesh J decided to combine his creative talent along with his business expertise to form Milesh J. His goal is to bridge the old with the new using the thread as the universal language.
